Booking terms

A deposit of 30% is taken when we accept your request. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before you arrive — or the full amount at acceptance, if your dates are already inside that window.

Cancel more than 30 days out and you get everything back. Between 14 and 30 days we keep the deposit; anything above it is refunded. Under 14 days we can't refund. One free date change if you ask 14 or more days ahead.

If we have to cancel your stay, you get a full refund, always. Official travel bans or natural events closing access: full refund, or move your dates free of charge.

Up to 3 guests staying. Parties and events are possible by prior arrangement only: discussed and approved explicitly in advance, staff-facilitated, with extra charges. We can provide services to make them flow (catering, DJs, staff). An unapproved party is a breach of these terms. No smoking indoors, anywhere under a roof. Pets are fine in general — tell us when you book so we know to expect them. Two resident cats, Morfi and Tiku, live here, which most visiting animals find more interesting than the cats do. Quiet hours 23:00 to 08:00. Sound carries in the valley. The pool is unfenced and unsupervised. Children swim under parental supervision only. At checkout: doors closed, cats outside (they will try to stay in), keys as instructed. Spanish law requires guest registration data before check-in. In Catalonia this is the Mossos d'Esquadra traveller registry. Providing it is a condition of the stay.

Two things we arrange together rather than leave to a clause. The sauna always needs planning: contact us first and mark the sauna option when you book, and we'll agree whether it's self-service (€ 20.00 extra, if you're experienced with a wood sauna) or facilitated, where someone comes to light and run it (€ 70.00 extra). And if you're planning a party or an event, what it needs — possible, arranged in advance, and an event that wasn't agreed is a breach of these terms. Tell us above and we'll come back on it.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 12:00.

You're booking this stay exclusively for vacation or leisure purposes — it isn't, and can't be used as, your ongoing home.

The right of withdrawal you'd have on most online purchases — the 14 days to change your mind for no reason — doesn't apply to this booking. It's carved out for accommodation booked for specific arrival and departure dates, which is exactly what you're booking here. Our own cancellation terms above are what govern instead.
